Our return policy lasts 30 days and we'll be happy to replace any order that is damaged or is a result of a shipping error. No returns will be granted if you have a change of mind after purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange your item.
How to Return an Item:
- If you've received the wrong item or one that has been damage, please contact us immediately at (email@example.com) and be sure to include the item number in your email.
- Once we've received your request, we'll respond to your email with information on how to return the item back to us.
- Upon receiving your item we will confirm the item has arrived and in our possession. After that we'll ship the correct item or process a refund depending on the option chosen.
Reimbursement for return shipping are granted only if we've made an error in the shipping process. Any return that does not satisfy our terms and condition above, we reserve the right to reject your claim.
